I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was very accommodating and helpful, even allowing me to store my bike inside and starting breakfast early for me. The location was excellent, with easy access to trams and the city center. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and its facilities were fantastic, including a fitness room and private parking. The breakfast was the best part of my stay, with fresh flowers adorning the beautiful breakfast room, and a wide selection of dishes available.
Nothing everything was great.

Cozy rooms, perfect breakfast, EXCELLENT location for our needs. Fridericianum can be quickly reached, it’ s just 1 mile away. Vorderer Westen neighborhood was definitely worth visiting. Cloud Nine, where you can eat, is an easy walk to the hotel.

The hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to the Wilhelmshöhe train station and trams close by. the room was spacious and had all the necessary facilities, including a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. although the hotel is not located in the city center, it is still within walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. the breakfast buffet was excellent with a variety of options.
The front desk staff were not particularly friendly or accommodating, which detracted from the overall experience.

We spent our Christmas break in this hotel and we were impressed with the family-friendly atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was amazing with a variety of cooked meals and dining options, including gluten-free choices on request. the hotel's proximity to the city center made it easy to explore the Christmas market and other attractions. The underground car park was very useful for our rental car.
The bathroom in our room was a bit dated, and the plumbing was not working as effectively, which made for some noisy nights. , the cleaners came into our room and disturbed our personal items, even when we had the "do not disturb" sign up.

I chose this hotel for attending a convention and I was impressed with their conference facilities. The hotel offers 6 conference rooms of various sizes and equipment, which were perfect for our needs. The staff was accommodating and ensured that everything ran smoothly, making my work experience hassle-free.
The only thing I missed for my work was a dedicated business center. It would have been convenient to have access to computers, printers, and other office facilities.

The outstanding breakfast was one of the high points of my new year holiday. the tartar steak and brown bread were particularly delicious and the customer-facing staff were friendly and very helpful. the room was super clean and very spacious, with all that I needed. the location was also great and really easy to access from both main stations.
The plumbing in the bathroom kept backing up, which kept me awake a bit. the cleaners came into my room and moved/removed things even when I had the "do not disturb" sign on.

First of all, I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were very affordable considering the great location, close to both the town centre and tram stop. The staff was also very attentive and detail-oriented, making sure all my needs were met. I loved the fact that my room had a balcony overlooking a little garden, adding a nice touch of tranquility to my stay. Additionally, the basic amenities provided were more than enough, and the rooms had good lighting, making it easy to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't find anything to fault.
